Antenatal Care
Prepare your body for birth with expert guidance as your pregnancy progresses. Learn how to optimise pelvic floor and abdominal function, reduce the risk of injury, and maintain safe, effective exercise throughout pregnancy.
From approximately 20 weeks, pelvic floor screening is introduced and progressively supported through the third trimester to help prepare your body for labour and birth. We also offer physiotherapy treatment for common pregnancy concerns, including back pain and pelvic girdle pain, helping you stay comfortable and active.
For comprehensive birth preparation, we recommend attending our Birth & Baby Weekend Workshop, ideally between 30–35 weeks of pregnancy, to gain practical tools and hands-on guidance for labour, birth, and the early days with your baby.
